Good intentions don't always turn into good habits. You join your gym full of ood intentions, you start paying your monthly dues. But bit by bit your motivation slips. You know you should go to th gym, but somehow there's always something else to do. Trouble is, those "other things" can so often be rather less than healthly options, like staying home and watching TV whil snacking or consuming alcohol. Then the guilt starts.
